About the event
BE FOUNDABLE đź’—
Find your people. Build your community.
Making friends as an adult can be hard. Be Foundable is a free community event created by Heart Girls in collaboration with the Edmonton Multicultural Coalition (EMC) to make meeting new people feel easier, more natural, and fun.
We’re bringing together movement, conversation, and connection through a fun meet & greet, a 45-minute Zumba class led by a certified Zumba instructor Michelle Royer (@michelleroyer_zin), this beginner-friendly class is open to all fitness levels.
Building friendships as an adult shouldn't feel like a hard or exhausting search. Be Foundable is about creating a space where everyone is there with the same intention to connect.
Come alone or bring a friend. You don't have to know anyone. Just show up, be open, and be foundable. đź’—
